Ordering & Personalization

How should I enter my monogram?
For a traditional women's monogram, enter initials as First, Last, Middle (the last-name initial is centered and larger). For men's monograms, enter First, Middle, Last. If you're not sure, just type the full name in the notes and we'll be happy to help.

Will my order be embroidered exactly as I type it?
Yes. We embroider exactly what you enter, including spelling and capitalization, so please double-check before placing your order.

Is your embroidery done by hand or by machine?
Every item is machine embroidered in-house for crisp, durable lettering that holds up to washing and everyday use.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible at support@magnoliamonogram.com. If your item hasn't been embroidered yet, we'll do our best to update it.

Processing & Shipping

How long will my order take?
Because every item is made just for you, please allow 1–2 weeks (7 to 14 business days) for processing, plus shipping time.

I need it sooner. Can I rush my order?
Yes! Add our Rush Order Upgrade to your cart to move your order to the front of the line.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $8 within the U.S., and free on orders of $100 or more. Express shipping is available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. Rates are calculated at checkout, and import duties or taxes may apply.

Returns & Concerns

Can I return a personalized item?
Because every piece is personalized, refunds are handled case by case. If there's a problem with your order, you have 30 days after delivery to let us know. Email support@magnoliamonogram.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. See our Refund Policy.

Do you have a rewards program?
Yes! Earn 5 points for every $1 you spend, and refer a friend to get them $5 off an order of $50 or more while you earn $5 in points. Learn more about Rewards.
