Refund policy

Because every piece is embroidered just for you, please double-check your spelling, monogram initial order, font, and thread color before ordering. We embroider exactly what you type.

Concerns with your order
You have 30 days after your order is delivered to raise a concern. Please email us at support@magnoliamonogram.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item.

Refunds
Refunds are allowed on a case-by-case basis. We will review your concern and let you know if a refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
